The Datasensing BX80S/40-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. These area sensors feature an adjustable emitter with a nominal sensing distance that varies depending on the receiver, ensuring flexibility in various applications. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The strong cubic housing, made from durable PBT material, is complemented by a special metallic enclosure for high-duty use, providing robust protection with an IP67 rating.
The BX80S/40-0H Sensors offer sensitivity adjustment and are equipped with 12 rays spaced 6mm apart, ensuring accurate detection. Operating on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, these sensors have a no-load supply current of 100mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The green LED indicator signals power ON status, while the device includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for added safety.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions, these sensors operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C and can be stored in temperatures as low as -40°C. The sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC EN 60947-5-2 standards, and are approved by CE and cULus. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket, the BX80S/40-0H Sensors are ready for seamless integration into your system.
