The Datasensing BX80S/50-0H3E Sensors are designed for precise enveloped detection with an adjustable emission range of 200 to 500 mm and a rapid response time of 10ms. These area sensors feature a controlled height of 70 mm and can operate over distances up to 2 meters, making them ideal for various industrial applications. Built with a robust cubic housing and a special metallic enclosure, they are engineered for high-duty use and offer complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree.
Equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit, these sensors allow for sensitivity adjustment to ensure optimal performance. They are powered by a 12 to 24 VDC operating voltage and have a no-load supply current of 100mA. The sensors include green LED indicators for power status and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage.
The BX80S/50-0H3E Sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +50°C and storage capabilities from -40°C to +80°C. They are constructed with durable materials, including a PBT housing and a PC active head, and come with an M12 4-pin connector for easy installation. The package includes two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for versatile mounting options. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors meet EMC compatibility standards and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN 60947-5-2.
