Datasensing BX80S/50-2H Sensors

The Datasensing BX80S/50-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. Featuring a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors utilize a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The sensitivity adjustment feature allows for fine-tuning, while the strong cubic housing and metallic enclosure ensure durability in high-duty applications. With a protection degree of IP67, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The emitter operates on a 12…24 VDC voltage range, with a no-load supply current of 100mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are equipped with green LED indicators for power status and provide a time delay before availability of 500ms. The infrared emission at 880nm ensures minimal interference from external light sources, with a maximum tolerance of 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. The compact dimensions of 44mm x 120mm x 20mm and a weight range of 260 to 300g make these sensors easy to integrate into various systems. Constructed with a PBT housing and glass active head material, the sensors are built to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and storage temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.
