The Datasensing C18P/A0-1E Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a robust M18 plastic shielded housing, ensuring durability and protection against harsh environments. With an adjustable sensitivity range of 3 to 8mm, they offer high noise immunity and are suitable for both DC and AC supply voltages. The sensors are equipped with a NO (normally open) output function and an SCR output type, supporting a switching frequency of 10Hz.
Engineered for efficiency, the sensors have a low no-load supply current of ? 12mA and can handle a load current of up to 500mA, with a maximum of 2.5A for 20ms. They are designed to minimize energy loss with a leakage current of ? 100µA and an output voltage drop of ? 10VAC at IL ?20mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for object detection and feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety.
The C18P/A0-1E Sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with supplied accessories, including a screwdriver and two M18 nuts. They are built to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -35°C to +85°C and are compliant with CE and cULus approvals. With a high degree of mechanical protection rated at IP67 and IP68, these sensors are ideal for environments requiring robust and reliable sensing solutions.
