The Datasensing C18P/A0-2A Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precise detection in various industrial applications. Featuring an M18 plastic unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 3 to 12mm, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The adjustable sensitivity allows for tailored performance, while the SCR output type with a normally open (NO) function ensures reliable operation.
Operating on a wide voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50-60Hz, these sensors boast high noise immunity and a switching frequency of 10Hz. The robust plastic housing, made from durable polyester, provides excellent protection against harsh environments, with an IP67 and IP68 rating for mechanical protection. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and feature a yellow LED indicator for object detection.
With a load current capacity of up to 500mA and a maximum ripple content of 10%, these sensors are designed to handle demanding conditions. They include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety and reliability. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
