The Datasensing C18P/C0-1A Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precise detection in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M18 plastic shielded housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 3 to 8mm with minimal thermal drift, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. The adjustable sensitivity allows for customization to suit specific needs, while the high noise immunity and shielded/unshielded models provide versatility in different settings.
Operating on a wide AC voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50-60Hz, these sensors are equipped with an SCR output type and an NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 10Hz. The sensors are designed with safety in mind, featuring short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear visual signal when an object is detected.
With a durable polyester housing and active head material, the sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering an operating temperature range of -35°C to +85°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP68. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with a screwdriver and two M18 nuts for secure mounting.
