The Datasensing C30M/00-1E Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 Inox shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 16mm with a thermal drift of less than 20%. They are equipped with adjustable sensitivity and can operate with both DC and AC supply voltages, ensuring versatility in different environments. The sensors boast high noise immunity and are available in both shielded and unshielded models, with metallic or plastic housing options. With a repeat accuracy of 5% and a hysteresis of ? 20%, these sensors provide consistent and accurate readings. The output type is SCR with a NO/NC function, and they support a switching frequency of 10Hz. Operating within a voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50-60Hz, they have a no-load supply current of ? 12mA and can handle a load current of up to 2.5A max (20ms). The sensors feature a leakage current of ? 100µA and an output voltage drop of 10VAC at IL?200mA, with a maximum ripple content of ?10%. For user convenience, the sensors include yellow LED indicators to signal object detection and have a time delay before availability of ? 200ms. They are equipped with short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The sensors are designed for shielded mounting and have dimensions of M30 / L = 79mm, with a weight of 150g. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the housing is durable and resistant to harsh conditions, while the active head is made from polyester. The sensors can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +80°C (without freeze) and storage temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. They are approved with CE cULus certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, with a degree of protection rated at IP67. Supplied accessories include a screwdriver and two M30 nuts, making installation straightforward and efficient.
