The Datasensing C30M/BN-1A Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 Inox shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 16mm with a thermal drift of less than 20%. They are equipped with an NPN output type and provide both NO and NC output functions, ensuring versatile operation. With a switching frequency of 30Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 40Vdc, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of environments. The C30M/BN-1A sensors boast high noise immunity and adjustable sensitivity, making them adaptable to different conditions. They are housed in durable AISI 304 stainless steel with a polyester active head, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. Additional features include short-circuit protection with auto-reset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for object detection and have a time delay before availability of less than 200ms. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC standards, and offer IP67 mechanical protection for use in demanding conditions. Supplied with a screwdriver and two M30 nuts, the Datasensing C30M/BN-1A Sensors are easy to mount and maintain. They are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
