The Datasensing C30M/BP-1E Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 Inox shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 16mm with minimal thermal drift of less than 20%. The sensors are equipped with both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output functions, providing versatile integration options.
With a high noise immunity and adjustable sensitivity, the C30M/BP-1E sensors are suitable for environments with fluctuating conditions. They support both DC and AC supply voltages, operating efficiently within a range of 10 to 40Vdc. The sensors boast a switching frequency of 30Hz and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and longevity.
Constructed with a durable AISI 304 stainless steel housing and a polyester active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The IP67 mechanical protection rating guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress, making them ideal for demanding environments.
