The Datasensing C30P/BN-2A Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precise detection tasks. Featuring a robust M30 plastic unshielded housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4 to 25mm with a thermal drift of less than 20%. They are equipped with both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output functions, providing versatile application options. The sensors operate on a DC voltage range of 10 to 40V, with a no-load supply current of ? 12mA and a load current capacity of up to 200mA.
With adjustable sensitivity and a switching frequency of 30Hz, these sensors ensure reliable performance even in challenging environments. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear visual signal when an object is detected. Built with safety in mind, the sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The durable polyester housing and active head material, along with an IP67 protection rating, ensure resilience against harsh conditions, while the 2m PVC cable allows for flexible installation. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
