The Datasensing CF/CA2-05 Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a 0.5 m optical fibre scanner that is not cutable. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including ultra-slim options for detecting small objects, long-distance capabilities, and spiral tubes for easy handling. The flexible fibre heads come with sleeves, and there are various cutting fibre units available to suit different applications. With a robust IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments. They are compatible with the SSF, FS1, FX3, and FX4 series, offering varying detection distances from 15 mm to 110 mm. The sensors operate on the principle of diffuse reflection, utilizing plastic optical fibres with an axial optic position. They are capable of functioning in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. The optical fibre core has a diameter of 0.5 mm, and the head is shaped in M4, made from nickel-plated brass for durability. Additional accessories, such as the AF/1A2, can be ordered separately to enhance functionality. These sensors are CE approved, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
