The Datasensing CR0/0B-1V Sensors are advanced retroreflective polarized area sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a controlled height of 69mm and a maximum operative distance of up to 4.5m, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring accurate object detection. They feature a minimum object detection diameter of 6mm and offer two teach-in types: fine and standard, allowing for easy sensitivity adjustments. The optical pitch is set at 10mm, and the sensors boast a robust protection degree of IP67, ensuring durability in various environments.
Equipped with a blanking function, these sensors provide flexibility in operation. The nominal sensing distance ranges from 0.2 to 4.5m, with a thermal drift of Sr ?10%. The beam spacing is 10mm, and the sensors can detect objects with a diameter of Ø 3
7mm at 2m and Ø 3
16mm at 4.5m. With six rays and a switching frequency of 400Hz, they deliver fast and reliable performance.
The sensors operate on a voltage range of 12...30VDC, with a no-load supply current of 100mA and a load current of 160mA. They feature NPN + PNP output types with NO/NC output functions. The output voltage drop is 1.6Vdc at 100mA, and they have a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. LED indicators provide clear status updates, with green for power supply-alignment and red for dark/light status.
Designed with safety in mind, the sensors include short-circuit protection with autoreset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are resistant to external light interference, with a tolerance of 5000lux for fluorescent lamps and 50000lux for sunlight. The sensors are housed in durable aluminum with an active head made of PMMA, and they come with an M12 5pin connection and a PVC cable.
Operating within a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C, these sensors are approved by CE, cULus, and UKCA, and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN 60947-5-2 / 7.4 standards. The package includes an RL106G reflector and a fixing kit (ST151) for easy installation.
