The Datasensing CT1/AN-2A Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 20mm, these sensors offer sensitivity adjustment via a convenient trimmer, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your specific needs. Housed in durable nickel-plated brass with an IP65 protection rating, they are built to withstand harsh environments and provide complete protection against electrical damages.
Equipped with an axial cable exit or optional M12 plug cable exit, the CT1/AN-2A Sensors are versatile and easy to integrate into existing systems. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and a load current of ? 200mA, making them energy-efficient. The NPN output type with NO function ensures reliable signal transmission, while the green LED power indicator and red LED object detection indicator provide clear operational status.
With a switching frequency of 100Hz and a repeat accuracy of 10%, these sensors deliver fast and accurate detection. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting performance and safety. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and come with supplied accessories, including a screwdriver and two M30 nuts, for easy installation.
