The Datasensing CT1/AN-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 20mm, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 10%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the built-in trimmer, ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments.
Housed in durable nickel-plated brass, these sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The M30 unshielded design allows for versatile mounting options, while the axial cable exit or M12 plug cable exit provides flexible connectivity.
With a switching frequency of 100Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the CT1/AN-2H sensors are equipped to handle demanding tasks. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and a load current of ? 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10mA. The output voltage drop is minimal, ensuring efficient operation.
Safety and reliability are paramount, with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit protection with autoreset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also equipped with green LED power indicators and red LED object detection indicators for easy monitoring.
