The Datasensing CT1/CN-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance ranging from 2 to 20mm, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 10%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the built-in trimmer, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your needs. Housed in durable nickel-plated brass, these sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The robust design includes complete protection against electrical damages, with features such as short-circuit protection with autoreset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The CT1/CN-2H sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output type is NPN with a normally closed (NC) function, and the sensors can handle a switching frequency of up to 100Hz. For ease of installation, the sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with a screwdriver and two M30 nuts. The active head is made from PBT, and the sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. With CE and cULus approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors are built to meet high standards of safety and performance.
