The Datasensing CT1/CP-1H Sensors are high-performance capacitive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust nickel-plated brass housing, these sensors offer IP65 protection, ensuring durability in challenging environments. With a nominal sensing distance ranging from 2 to 15mm and a thermal drift of Sr less than 20%, they provide accurate and consistent performance. The sensors include a sensitivity adjustment trimmer for fine-tuning, and their shielded design minimizes interference.
Equipped with PNP output and normally closed (NC) function, these sensors support a switching frequency of 100Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA, with a no-load supply current of 8mA or less. The sensors feature green and red LED indicators for power and object detection, respectively, and offer comprehensive protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The CT1/CP-1H Sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with supplied accessories, including a screwdriver and two M30 nuts. They are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. With a compact M30 diameter and a length of 87mm, these sensors are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, operating efficiently in temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
