The Datasensing CT1/CP-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 2 to 20mm, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 10%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the built-in trimmer, ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments. Housed in durable nickel-plated brass, the sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The robust design includes complete protection against electrical damages, with features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The CT1/CP-2A Sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 100Hz. The axial cable exit or optional M12 plug cable exit provides flexibility in installation, while the 2m PVC cable ensures a secure connection. LED indicators, including a green LED for power and a red LED for object detection, offer clear visual feedback. With a compact M30 diameter and a length of 87mm, these sensors are easy to mount using the supplied screwdriver and M30 nuts. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial settings.
