The Datasensing CV/RB6-40 Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring optical fibre E/R glass technology. These sensors come with flexible fibre heads equipped with sleeves, allowing for versatile applications. They are compatible with a wide range of accessories from the AF series and boast an IP67 protection degree, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. The sensors can be connected to the SSF, FS1, FX3, and FX4 series, offering varying detection distances from 90 mm to 900 mm. With a function principle of emitter and receiver, these sensors utilize glass fibres capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C. The optic position is axial, and the sensors operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C. The fibre length is 4 meters, with a core diameter of 1 mm, and the head is shaped in M4, made from nickel-plated brass. The optical fibre material includes glass, ETM, and inox, providing high mechanical protection and reliability. Accessories for these sensors are available separately, as per the AF series.
