The Datasensing CX0E1RP/05-016V Sensors are advanced area sensors designed for precise detection and measurement applications. Featuring intrinsic optical synchronization and full cross optical beams, these sensors offer a pitch of 5mm and a controlled height of 160mm, with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 3 meters. The sensors are equipped with 33 rays and can detect objects as small as Ø 1.5mm. They provide high switching frequency at 75Hz and are available with PNP output type, configurable for NO/NC functions.
Operating on a voltage range of 16.8 to 30Vdc, these sensors ensure reliable performance with a no-load supply current of ?330mA and a load current of <100mA. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and safety in various environments. The housing is made of robust aluminum, with an active head material of PMMA, and the sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -10°C to +55°C.
The sensors come with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and are compatible with IEC EN 60947-5-2 standards for interference to external light. They are also CE and cULus approved, with an IP67 degree of protection, making them suitable for demanding industrial applications. The package includes an ST151 fixing kit for easy installation.
