The Datasensing CX2E0RA/05-048V Sensors are advanced area sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a one-cable synchronization system, these sensors offer a pitch of 5mm and a control height of 480mm, ensuring accurate detection with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 3 meters. The sensors utilize parallel beams and floating crossbeams with variable amplitude, providing maximum operating distances of up to 3 meters for a 5mm pitch.
Equipped with both digital outputs (NPN and PNP) and analogue outputs (current 4
20mA and voltage 0..10V), these sensors offer versatile output options, including a mix of digital PNP and analogue voltage output. The teach-in adjustment feature allows for two levels of sensitivity adjustment, while the blanking function enhances operational flexibility.
Constructed with a robust aluminium housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection and operating temperatures ranging from -10°C to +55°C. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety.
