The Datasensing CX2E0RA/20-064V Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These area sensors feature a one-cable synchronization system with a pitch of 20mm and a controlled height of 640mm, making them ideal for detecting objects with a minimum diameter of 20mm. With a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 6 meters, these sensors utilize parallel beams and floating crossbeams with variable amplitude for enhanced detection capabilities. Equipped with both digital and analogue outputs, including NPN, PNP, and a mix of digital PNP and analogue voltage output (0..10V), these sensors offer versatile integration options. The teach-in sensitivity adjustment allows for easy setup, while the blanking function and two levels of adjustment provide flexibility in various environments. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 16.8 to 30Vdc, with a maximum operating distance of up to 6 meters for pitches of 10mm and 20mm. Built with durability in mind, the sensors feature an aluminium housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring robust performance in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +55°C. They are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, and are compliant with IEC EN 60947-5-2 standards for interference to external light and EMC compatibility.
