The Datasensing CX2E0RF/10-048V Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These area sensors feature a one-cable synchronization system with a pitch of 10mm and a control height of 480mm, allowing for accurate detection over a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 6 meters. The sensors utilize parallel beams and floating crossbeams with variable amplitude, ensuring maximum operating distances of up to 6 meters for pitches of 10mm and 20mm.
Equipped with digital outputs (NPN and PNP) and analogue outputs (current 4
20mA and voltage 0..10V), these sensors offer versatile connectivity options. The teach-in adjustment feature provides two levels of sensitivity adjustment, while the blanking function enhances detection accuracy. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and safety in demanding environments.
Constructed with a robust aluminium housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are compliant with CE and cULus standards, and their EMC compatibility is certified to IEC 60947-5-2. Supplied with an ST151 fixing kit, these sensors are easy to install and integrate into existing systems.
