Datasensing DME/X0-1A Sensors

The Datasensing DME/X0-1A Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters, these sensors feature a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity adjustment is facilitated through a convenient Teach-in function, ensuring optimal performance in various applications. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The DME/X0-1A sensors are equipped with LED indicators, with a yellow light indicating power ON status. They are designed with robust short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The emission is powered by an LED Infrared at 880nm, providing reliable detection capabilities. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass and PBT cable exit housing, the sensors boast an IP67 mechanical protection rating, making them suitable for harsh environments. The active head is made from PMMA, and the sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation. The M12 diameter and dimensions of M12x1/L=54.5mm make them compact and versatile for various setups. Approved by CE and cULus, and compliant with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, these sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
