The Datasensing DME/X0-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters, these sensors feature a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity adjustment is facilitated through a convenient teach-in function. Operating on the emitter principle, the sensor's optic position is axial, and it is equipped with an M12 plug connection for easy integration.
The sensor operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. It includes a yellow LED indicator to signal power ON status and has a time delay before availability of ?150ms. Built with safety in mind, the sensor offers short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, the housing ensures longevity and robustness, while the active head is made from PMMA. The sensor is designed to withstand harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. It is compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. Additionally, it is resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The package includes M12 x 1 nuts for secure installation.
