Datasensing DMP/0P-1AAN Sensors

The Datasensing DMP/0P-1AAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a polarized function principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the teach-in method, ensuring optimal performance in various applications. Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type, these sensors provide a switching frequency of 400Hz and a rapid response time of 1.25ms. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2V@Iload=100mA, and the sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT cable exit, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 mechanical protection rating. The active head is made of PMMA, and the sensors are compatible with RL110 reflectors. They are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight. The sensors are equipped with yellow LED indicators for status output and have a time delay before availability of ?150ms. They are approved with CE cULus Ex certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with M12 x 1 nuts, these sensors have dimensions of M12x1/L=54.5mm and operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing.
