The Datasensing DMR/0P-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters, these sensors feature a receiver with an axial optic position and PNP L/D selectable output type. They offer models with diffuse reflection, polarized, and through-beam options, ensuring versatility for various applications. The sensors are equipped with a local and remote teach-in function, allowing for easy setup and configuration.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the DMR/0P-1H Sensors boast an IP67 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The robust nickel-plated brass housing and PMMA active head material ensure durability, while the multifunction LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback. These sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection.
Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensors maintain a low no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, making them ideal for fast-paced industrial environments. The sensors are also equipped with EMC compatibility (EN 60947-5-2) and are approved by CE and cULus standards.
With a compact design measuring M12x1/L=65.5mm and weighing just 28g, the DMR/0P-1H Sensors are easy to integrate into existing systems. They come with supplied accessories, including M12 x 1 nuts, for convenient installation.
