The Datasensing FAI4/BN-0AAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 200mm, these sensors operate on the principle of diffuse reflection, making them ideal for short-distance applications. The sensors are equipped with an NPN NO+NC output type, offering both normally open and normally closed functions. With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, they ensure quick and accurate performance.
Constructed with a robust PBT/PC housing and a 2m PVC cable, these sensors are built to withstand challenging environments, boasting an IP67 mechanical protection rating. They are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, without freezing. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and feature short-circuit, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety and reliability.
The FAI4/BN-0AAN Sensors are compliant with CE and cULus Ex standards, ensuring high safety and performance levels. They are also resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, these sensors are easy to install and adjust, with a sensitivity adjustment trimmer for fine-tuning. Ideal for industrial applications, they offer exceptional durability and precision in a compact M18 x 1/L=67.5mm design.
