The Datasensing FAI7/BN-3E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a 90° diffuse reflection with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are equipped with NPN NO+NC output types, ensuring versatile application capabilities. The robust M18 sensors operate on a 10...30 VDC power supply and are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress.
With a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, these sensors provide a repeat accuracy of 5% and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, making them ideal for medium-distance detection tasks. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, ensuring quick and accurate performance.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the FAI7/BN-3E sensors feature short-circuit and overvoltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and are resistant to external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, these sensors are easy to install and maintain. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
