The Datasensing FAIC/BP-0EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for reliable performance in various industrial environments. Featuring a retroreflective function with a nominal sensing distance of 5 meters, these sensors ensure precise detection with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The robust M18 housing, made from durable PBT and PC materials, provides excellent protection against harsh conditions, with an IP67 rating for mechanical protection.
Equipped with PNP NO+NC output types, these sensors offer versatile connectivity through an M12 plug, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The short-circuit and overvoltage protection features, along with reverse polarity protection, ensure safe and reliable operation.
The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference up to 5000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10000 lux from sunlight, thanks to their LED infrared emission at 880nm. With a fast response time of 2ms and a switching frequency of 250Hz, they are ideal for high-speed applications. The sensors are also equipped with yellow LED indicators for easy status monitoring.
Approved with CE and cULus Ex certifications, these sensors meet stringent safety and performance standards, including EMC compatibility with EN 60947-5-2.
