The Datasensing FAID/BP-0A84 is a high-performance photoelectric sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 axial receiver, this sensor offers a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters with adjustable sensitivity via a trimmer. It operates on a PNP NO+NC output type, providing both normally open and normally closed functions. With a switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, it ensures quick and accurate detection.
Constructed with durable PBT and PC materials, the sensor is equipped with a 3-meter PVC cable for easy installation. It boasts a robust mechanical protection rating of IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor is designed to withstand thermal drift of ?10% Sr and offers a repeat accuracy of 5%. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?25mA and a load current of ?100mA.
The FAID/BP-0A84 is equipped with LED infrared emission at 880nm, providing excellent interference resistance to external light sources up to 5000lux for incandescent lamps and 10000lux for sunlight. It includes short-circuit and overvoltage protection, as well as reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliable operation. The sensor is CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to EN 60947-5-2 standards.
