The Datasensing FAIH/00-0EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable performance in industrial environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters, these sensors are equipped with an emitter function principle and an axial optic position, ensuring accurate detection. The sensors operate with a switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, making them ideal for high-speed applications.
Constructed with durable PBT and PC materials, the sensors feature an M18 diameter and are designed to withstand harsh conditions, offering mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. They are approved for use in hazardous areas, meeting the II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc standards, and are EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2.
The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. They include reverse polarity protection and are equipped with LED infrared emission at 880nm. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear power-on signal, and the sensors are ready for use with a time delay before availability of ?200ms.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation, these sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, without freezing. They are built to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding applications.
