Datasensing FARN/BP-2AAN Sensors

The Datasensing FARN/BP-2AAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a polarized function principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5m with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate with a PNP NO+NC output type, providing both normally open and normally closed functions. With a switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, these sensors ensure quick and accurate performance. Operating within a voltage range of 10…30VDC, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ?30mA and can handle a load current of ?100mA. They feature a low output voltage drop of ?2V at Iload=100mA and are equipped with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, as well as reverse polarity protection. The sensors are designed to withstand interference from external light sources up to 5000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). Constructed with a durable PBT/PC housing and a PMMA active head, the sensors are built to endure harsh environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. They are approved for use in hazardous areas with certifications including CE cULus Ex: II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver for convenience. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
