The Datasensing FARS/BP-0EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection with a nominal sensing distance of 130mm. Featuring a background suppression function, these sensors ensure accurate performance even in challenging environments. The device is equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type and offers a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer, allowing for fine-tuning to meet specific application needs. With a robust M18 housing made from PBT/PC and an active head material of PMMA, the sensor is built to withstand harsh conditions, boasting an IP67 mechanical protection rating.
The FARS/BP-0EAN Sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10
30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor's response time is a swift 500µs, and it supports a switching frequency of 1kHz, making it ideal for high-speed applications. It includes short-circuit and overvoltage protection, as well as reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliable operation and longevity.
Designed to resist interference from external light sources, the sensor can handle up to 5000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The device is approved with CE and cULus Ex certifications, meeting stringent safety and performance standards. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, the sensor is easy to install and adjust.
