The Datasensing FFI8/BP-1EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection principle with a long sensing distance of up to 1000 mm, these sensors are equipped with PNP NO+NC output types and an M12 connection. They are engineered to operate efficiently in challenging environments, with a robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing and PA12 plug, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The sensors offer a high switching frequency of 500Hz and a rapid response time of 1ms, making them ideal for fast-paced applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 800mm and a thermal drift of Sr at 10%, they maintain accuracy and stability, aided by green and yellow LED indicators for stability and output state. The sensors are protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity, and they can withstand interference from external light sources up to 10,000 lux. Certified with CE, cULus, and ECOLAB approvals, they meet stringent safety and performance standards, including Ex nA IIC T6 and Ex tD A22 IP67 T85°C ratings for hazardous environments.
