The Datasensing FFRL/0P-1EV5 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection of transparent objects. Featuring an axial retroreflective design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 meters with a minimum blind zone of 100mm. The sensors are equipped with a teach-in sensitivity adjustment for easy setup and boast a repeat accuracy of 5%. With a robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing and PA12 plug, they ensure durability and reliability in harsh environments, meeting IP68 and IP69K mechanical protection standards.
The sensors operate on a 10
30VDC voltage range, with a no-load supply current of ? 35mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature a PNP L/D selectable output type, with a switching frequency of 500Hz and a response time of just 1ms. The output voltage drop is ?2V at a load current of 100mA, and they include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety.
Designed to withstand external light interference up to 5,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight, these sensors are equipped with LED indicators for stability and output state. The M12 plug connection ensures easy integration into existing systems.
