The Datasensing FFRL/BP-1EV5 Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in detecting transparent objects. Featuring a photoelectric sensor with an M18 axial retroreflective design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 meters and a minimum sensing distance of 100mm, ensuring accurate performance even in challenging environments. The sensor's sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the teach-in method, and it boasts a repeat accuracy of 5%. With a robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing and PA12 plug, the sensor is built to withstand harsh conditions, offering mechanical protection rated at IP68 and IP69K.
The FFRL/BP-1EV5 operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 35mA and a load current of ?100mA. It features a PNP NO+NC output type, with a switching frequency of 500Hz and a response time of just 1ms, making it ideal for high-speed applications. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for green stability and yellow output state, providing clear visual feedback. It also includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety.
Designed to be interference-resistant, the sensor can handle external light up to 5,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight. It is approved by CE, cULus, and ECOLAB Diversey, and complies with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2.
