The Datasensing FFRN/BP-1EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring an axial retroreflective design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4.5 meters with adjustable sensitivity through a convenient teach-in function. The sensors operate on a PNP NO+NC output type, providing both normally open and normally closed output functions. With a high switching frequency of 500Hz and a rapid response time of 1ms, they ensure quick and accurate performance.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the sensors are housed in durable stainless steel AISI 316L with a PMMA active head material, offering excellent resistance to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. They are equipped with LED indicators for stability and output state, and feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety. The sensors are compatible with a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC and have a low no-load supply current of ? 35mA.
Designed for use in hazardous areas, the sensors are approved for Ex nA IIC T6 and Ex tD A22 applications, with an IP67 rating for dust and water protection. They also meet EMC compatibility standards and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation. Ideal for industrial applications, these sensors offer reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +80°C, without freezing.
