The Datasensing FFRN/BP-1EV5 Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an axial retroreflective design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4.5 meters with a thermal drift of 10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity adjustment is facilitated through a convenient teach-in function, and the sensors operate on a polarized function principle. They are equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type, providing both normally open and normally closed output functions.
With a switching frequency of 500Hz and a rapid response time of 1ms, these sensors ensure quick and accurate detection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 35mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2V when the load current is 100mA, and the sensors feature a maximum ripple content of ?10%.
The FFRN/BP-1EV5 Sensors are built with robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing and a PA12 plug, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. The active head is made of PMMA, and the sensors have a diameter of Ø 17.5mm. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and offer mechanical protection rated at IP68 and IP69K.
