The Datasensing FQI7/BP-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an axial diffuse reflection principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, with a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, making it adaptable to different environments and targets, such as a white Kodak 90% 200 x 200mm target.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PC plug, the FQI7/BP-1E ensures durability and longevity, even in harsh conditions. It boasts an IP67 protection degree, providing complete protection against dust and water ingress, as well as electrical damages. The sensor is equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type, offering complementary output functions for versatile application needs.
With a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms, the FQI7/BP-1E delivers fast and accurate detection. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10
30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?50mA. The sensor also features short-circuit protection with autoreset, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
