The Datasensing FQI8/BN-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring an axial diffuse reflection principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.2 meters, making them ideal for long-distance applications. The sensors are equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring optimal performance in various environments. Constructed with a durable plastic housing and an IP67 protection degree, they are resistant to dust and water, providing complete protection against electrical damages.
The FQI8/BN-0E model includes both NPN NO and NC output functions, with a switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with minimal power consumption. The sensor's LED infrared emission at 880nm ensures high interference resistance to external light sources, such as incandescent lamps and sunlight.
Designed for ease of installation, the sensor features an M12 plug connection and comes with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver. With a compact design of M18 x 1 dimensions and a lightweight of 20g, it is suitable for various industrial applications. The sensor is CE approved and complies with EMC compatibility standards, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions.
