The Datasensing FQID/BP-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M18 axial receiver, these sensors offer an adjustable nominal sensing distance of up to 20 meters, making them suitable for both short and long-range detection tasks. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle, with a medium distance capability of up to 600mm, and are equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type for versatile connectivity.
Constructed with a durable plastic housing and a PBT/PC plug, the FQID/BP-0E Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, boasting an IP67 protection degree for complete resistance against dust and water ingress. The sensors are also equipped with comprehensive electrical protection features, including short-circuit, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, these sensors are designed for fast and accurate detection. The LED infrared emission at 880nm provides excellent interference resistance to external light sources, withstanding up to 5000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
The sensors come with an M12 plug connection for easy installation and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver for added convenience. They are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance criteria.
