The Datasensing FQRL/BP-0E Sensors offer a versatile solution for various sensing applications with their wide range of models, including direct diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, and fixed-focus options. These sensors are designed to handle both short and long sensing distances, making them suitable for diverse environments. Constructed with durable nickel brass or plastic housing, they ensure longevity and reliability. The sensors feature NO+NC complementary output and boast an IP67 protection degree, providing complete protection against electrical damages.
With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5m and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and they are optimized for transparent objects, particularly when used with RL113G or RL116 reflectors. The axial optic position and PNP NO+NC output type enhance their functionality.
Operating at a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of 2ms, these sensors are efficient and responsive. They operate within a voltage range of 10
30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?50mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit protection, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
