The Datasensing FQRL/BP-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in detecting transparent objects. Featuring a 90° retroreflective photoelectric sensor, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 meters with a minimum blind zone of 0.1 meters. The sensors are equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type, providing both normally open and normally closed complementary outputs.
Constructed with a durable plastic housing, the FQRL/BP-2A ensures complete protection against electrical damages and is rated with an IP67 protection degree, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor's performance is further enhanced by its ability to withstand thermal drift of ?10% Sr and maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%.
With a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms, these sensors are ideal for high-speed applications. The device operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?50mA. It also features short-circuit protection with an autoreset function, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection.
The FQRL/BP-2A is equipped with a yellow LED indicator for status output and can handle interference from external light sources up to 5000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10000 lux from sunlight. The sensor's compact dimensions (M18 x 1/L=62.2mm) and lightweight design (50g) make it easy to integrate into various systems.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, the sensor is ready for installation. It is approved by CE and complies with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and performance criteria.
