Datasensing IL1/AN-3F Sensors

The Datasensing IL1/AN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With compact dimensions of 10 x 28 x 16 mm, these inductive sensors are perfect for tight spaces. They operate on a supply voltage of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors feature a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are housed in an IP67-rated enclosure, ensuring complete protection against dust and water ingress. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.4mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. They are equipped with a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.25), aluminium (0.28), brass (0.37), and stainless steel (0.63). The thermal drift of Sr is less than 10%, and they boast a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%. The IL1/AN-3F sensors are designed for proximity functions with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function. They have a switching frequency of 3kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The no-load supply current is ? 10mA, and the load current is ? 300mA, with a leakage current of ? 0.12mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.5V at 100mA, and the maximum ripple content is ? 10%. These sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are shielded for mounting and have a weight of just 7g. The housing and active head materials are made of PA, ensuring durability. The sensors are compatible with M8 plug connections and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
