The Datasensing IL1/AP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact cubic design with dimensions of 10.3 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.8mm, they are perfect for detecting standard targets of 18x18mm FE360. The sensors offer a PNP NO output type with a switching frequency of 3kHz, ensuring fast and accurate proximity detection.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the IL1/AP-4A sensors boast an IP67 housing protection, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. They are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state. The sensors operate within a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. They are engineered with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
The sensors are constructed with durable PA housing and active head material, ensuring longevity and resilience in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They come with a 2m PVC cable for convenient connectivity.
