Datasensing IL1/AP-4F Sensors

The Datasensing IL1/AP-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With compact dimensions of 10 x 28 x 16 mm, these sensors are perfect for tight spaces. They operate on a supply voltage of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors feature a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are housed in an IP67-rated enclosure, ensuring complete protection against dust and water ingress. Engineered for durability, the IL1/AP-4F Sensors offer comprehensive protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.8mm, with a standard target size of 18x18mm FE360. They exhibit a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.41), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.75). The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 3kHz. The output type is PNP with a normally open (NO) function, and they have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, load current of ? 300mA, and a leakage current of ? 0.12mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.5V at 100mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and have an M8 plug connection. They are constructed from durable PA material, with an active head also made of PA, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. Weighing just 7g, these sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
