Datasensing IL1/CN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing IL1/CN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact cubic flush mount design with dimensions of 10.3 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. They operate with a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state. Engineered with IP67 housing protection, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The shielded mounting ensures reliable performance, while the 2m PVC cable connection provides flexibility in installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.4mm, these sensors are optimized for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They exhibit a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.25), aluminium (0.28), brass (0.37), and stainless steel (0.63). The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The IL1/CN-3A Sensors are capable of a switching frequency of 3kHz, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 300mA. They feature a low leakage current of ? 0.12mA and an output voltage drop of ? 1.5V at 100mA. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, they operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and comply with CE and IEC 60947-5-2 standards for EMC compatibility. The robust PA housing material ensures durability, while the sensors' vibration and shock resistance meet IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, respectively.
