Datasensing IL1/CN-3F Sensors

The Datasensing IL1/CN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact cubic flush mount design with dimensions of 10.3 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. They operate on a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state. Built to withstand harsh conditions, the IL1/CN-3F sensors boast an IP67 housing protection, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors are shielded and feature an NPN NC output type, with a switching frequency of 3kHz, ensuring fast and accurate proximity detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.4mm, these sensors are optimized for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.25), aluminium (0.28), brass (0.37), and stainless steel (0.63). The sensors maintain high repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, ensuring consistent performance. The IL1/CN-3F sensors are designed for easy installation with an M8 plug connection and are constructed from durable PA material, both for the housing and the active head. They are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
