The Datasensing IL1/CN-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact design with dimensions of 10 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. They operate on a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state. Built to withstand harsh conditions, the IL1/CN-4A sensors boast an IP67 housing protection, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are unshielded and have a nominal sensing distance of 6mm, with an operating distance of 0 to 4.8mm. They are compatible with standard targets of 18x18mm FE360 and have specific correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a switching frequency of 3kHz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors provide reliable performance in dynamic environments.
