The Datasensing IL1/CP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact cubic flush mount design with dimensions of 10.3 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. They operate with a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the IL1/CP-3A sensors boast an IP67 housing protection, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.4mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. They offer a high switching frequency of 3kHz and maintain repeat accuracy of less than 5% under specified conditions.
The sensors are shielded and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. They are designed to operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. With a robust PA housing and active head material, these sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
